The practical side: about 60 acres in the Town of Busti, Jamestown school district, roughly three miles to I-86, not in an agricultural district. An active, producing gas well sits on the property with an access easement to reach it. Oil, gas and mineral rights are not owned by the seller and do not transfer. Climb to the top of the rise on a fall afternoon, when the low sun comes through the shagbarks and Forest Avenue is somewhere behind you. That's where this property makes the most sense.
