Working with Angie and JD was an absolute gift. They are the perfect blend of smart, honest, proactive, and genuinely fun to work with. Every detail was handled with care, every question answered, and every challenge met with solutions. They guided us in a way that really met our needs. Did we mention that we were moving from out of state and bought the house sight unseen? The put together thorough videos since we couldn’t be there in person. When looking at the houses, they had a great eye for the important details, gave us invaluable recommendations and really guided us from A to Z through the whole process.  Plus they were so fun to work with, added humor and made the whole experience so positive! And when we did final walkthrough, they helped us do one last check and it was so thorough and fun! We trusted their judgment completely, and they proved again and again why that trust was well placed. We can’t picture buying a home with any other realtors — they’re simply exceptional. AFB Team helped me buy my first home in 2017 and just helped me sell it this year! They are an amazing team. They have a professional, personal approach and their priority to consistent communication was extremely appreciated. We feel so fortunate that we got connected with Angie for our move to Rochester! We were completely unfamiliar with the area and she and JD spent time getting to know us and touring us through the neighborhoods until we had a good sense of where we wanted to be. We went full circle with our house and Angie - she negotiated the purchase and closed the sale ten years later. It's certainly bittersweet as we likely won't be back to the region. We left Penfield for the French Quarter (NOLA USA). Buying or selling, Angie and her team are second to none. From pricing to marketing to sale to close, the AFB team did not miss a detail. Throughout, my wife and I felt informed and never lost in the process. There is so much more to selling your home than setting a price and posting pics online.
