Our Personal Insights
One of the things I appreciate most about Webster is that it still feels like a hometown.
While many suburban communities have expanded into busy commercial corridors, Webster has managed to preserve the personality that makes village living so appealing. Fuller Avenue sits just two blocks south of historic Main Street (Ridge Road) and only a short walk from South Avenue, placing residents within easy reach of local restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, neighborhood shopping and community events without ever needing to drive.
The street itself feels like it belongs to another era. Mature trees, sidewalks on both sides of the road and classic lampposts create an inviting streetscape that encourages evening walks and conversations with neighbors. Developed during Webster’s early and mid-century growth, the neighborhood is made up primarily of well-maintained Cape Cods, Ranches and Colonials, each with its own personality and history.
This is one of those neighborhoods where children still ride bicycles, neighbors wave from their front porches and people genuinely enjoy walking to the Village for dinner, coffee or one of Webster’s many seasonal festivals.
Those kinds of neighborhoods never seem to go out of style.
Living in Webster
Location has always been one of Webster Village’s greatest strengths.
From Fuller Avenue, Spry Middle School is located at the end of the street, while State Road Elementary is also within close proximity. Webster’s historic village offers an excellent variety of locally owned restaurants, cafés, boutiques and neighborhood businesses that continue to give the community its distinctive character.

Just a mile away, Holt Road and Hard Road provide virtually every modern convenience, including Wegmans, Towne Center at Webster, medical offices, fitness centers and national retailers.
Outdoor recreation is equally impressive. Webster Park, North Ponds Park and the Webster Parks & Recreation facilities are all nearby, while the shoreline of Lake Ontario offers beaches, hiking trails, fishing and spectacular sunsets just a few miles north.
For commuters, Route 104 provides quick access to downtown Rochester in approximately fifteen minutes, while nearby Penfield, Fairport and the surrounding countryside offer scenic drives, family farms and seasonal farm markets that continue to define eastern Monroe County.
It is this combination of historic village charm, outdoor recreation and everyday convenience that has made Webster one of the area’s most sought-after communities.

According to Angie…
Some homes immediately put you at ease the moment you walk through the front door, and this is certainly one of them. Add the opportunity to walk into Webster Village for dinner, coffee or community events, and you have something that is becoming increasingly difficult to find—a home that offers both comfort and genuine neighborhood connection.
