As an artist, photographer, teacher, designer, and entrepreneur, I’ve spent over 35 years immersed in visual communications, design, and marketing. In 2015, I joined my wife Angie in her real estate business, and it’s been a journey I’ve never looked back on. Building The Angie Flack Brown brand and business has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding. What I’m most proud of is the exceptional service and expertise our brand represents. - Financial Management: Overseeing the financial health of the organization, which includes budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses to ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Branding and Marketing: Ensuring the company’s brand is strong and consistent across all channels, and implementing marketing strategies to reach potential clients.
- Client Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering high-quality service.
- Operational Efficiency: Overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes and systems are running smoothly, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Talent Management: Hiring, training, and retaining top talent, and fostering a team culture that supports collaboration and performance.
